It's a brand new challenge and you have two weeks to play along and possibly win the random $20.00 Gift Certificate. In order to win you need to use a stamp 7 Kids College Fund carries in the store. Easy Peasy!

Today I created my card using this adorable Stamping Bella - Uptown Girl - Charlotte Likes To Shop! Don't we all esp. during the after Christmas sales!

Wild Rose Studio - Teddy In A Pot!

Ekkks two more sleep nights and it's Christmas! Are you ready? Is your tree done, presents wrapped, baking done?  I'm not - tomorrow is going to be a very busy day. 6 of our grandchildren live in other states and they are either preteens or teens. What do I buy, what do I buy? Then I remember the year I received money for Christmas and went to mall to shop. Everything was on SALE - I was in my glory buying my own clothes and getting so much more. Yep, they all were given money and I think they will be quite happy:)

Will you be home on Christmas? We will be going 2 hours south to my daughters home. Abbie and Andrew are 8 and 10 this year so it's still magic watching their faces! They say they believe there is a Santa, but me thinks they're at the age, they're afraid to say they don't believe just incase there really is one!

This is my last Christmas card for 2015.

C.C. Designs Happy Twila

Hi Everyone! I did it! I made a card just because I wanted to!  I love this sweet, sweet image "Happy Twila" from C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps.  Just totally adorable!

Today, I started a new kind of diary. Instead of writing all the events of the day - I am going to write what made me smile and thankful, even if  I only write one thing. I saw a video on doing this here. The goal is to look at your life differently. To focus on what is good to you., what made you smile, what did you miss by not looking at your surroundings. Today I wrote: Bill (hubby) carried the spare bedroom comforter upstairs from the laundry room and made the rest of the bed. He always makes sure I have coffee and Yogurt. This made me realize how much love he shows by the little things he does. Anyway, that is my goal and new year's revolution!

Copic Colors: Red: R39. R37, R35, R32
Blue: B97, B95, B93, B91
Boots E25, E74, E71, E70

Red or Green are my favorite colors for Christmas cards,  I guess it's because they are traditional and familiar. When I see Red and Green together - I think of Christmas!

Rudolph Whimsy Stamps

Happy Wednesday everyone! I had an exciting last week. My g/f  Jenee and I went to New York city to see the Rockettes Spectacular Christmas show. I have been wanting to do this for years. We could not have had a more perfect day. The weather was bright, sunny and in the 60's. We took a tour bus to the city and I was able to walk for blocks and blocks. I did it wisely and went to my RA physician 2 days before and had two steroid injections to my hips that made tit possible for me to walk. The show was spectacular - oh gosh, if you ever have the chance to see it GO! After the show we walked down 5th avenue to see the store windows. I was a little disappointed for they weren't what I call Christmas store windows. Instead they  were high end fashion. We were unable to make it to Macy's though and we heard was the best one to see an old time Christmas window with Santa and animations. My parents used to take us down to Pittsburgh every year at night and we would stand in awe over all the creations in the displays. I love Christmas time - not for the weather, not for the gifts, but for how friendly and jolly every one is everywhere you go.  I remember the trains, carpenters, elves and dolls that were animation and Santa on the chimney top. L We rented a horse and carriage and rode around central park - I mean literally around it!! The perimeter! We were still able to see a lot of things from the carriage. The guide was nice and showed us where Madonna, Robert Denero, Tony Bennett and Lady GAGa lived in their penthouses. Tony Bennett's cost $4000.00 a DAY!! A DAY - can you imagine?

Here's  Rudolph by Whimsy's stamps. Colored with Copics.

Stamping Bella Gilbert Needs A Hug

Hi everyone! What a day this has been or maybe I should just say the entire week. Did you ever have one of those weeks where no matter what you were trying to do it went wrong - that is my week!

I decided to take a break from Christmas cards and create a card I could use with so many wonderful friends. When Sandi Huggett and I were in Phoenix attending Jennifer Dove's Boot camp - classes of coloring with copics, we went and visited Tab, our boss  who owns 7 Kids College Fund Craft Store. Of course we had to go through all the pretty stuff and stamps. I saw this stamp and it touched my heart. Everyone needs a hug! It is Stamping Bella's Gilbert with Maisy! I'm not happy how the gopher turned out. I should made him much darker to be up against the mushroom. Or maybe not make the mushroom as dark. Anyways enjoy!

Sleigh Ride Twila from C.C. Designs - Roberto's Rascals

Hello! How was your Thanksgiving weekend? Ours was busy with the kids here and lots of good food! We had a great time for we mostly just chilled. The kids wanted to make greeting cards and they had a blast going through Grandma's craft room and choosing what they wanted on their cards.

Today is a fun day at 7 Kids College Fund Challenge with the prize being a $20.00 gift certificate for a random winner who uses any stamp that is sold in the 7 Kids College Fund Store.

My card is created with C.C. Designs Stamps Sleigh Ride With Twila! I added a birdie to the sleigh and just look how happy the cat is pushing the sleigh!
