Both the cards are lovely... The black and white embossing looks lovely on the first card and the second one has a lovely image.
So sorry that your parents are not doing well but I admire that they are living on their own... relieved that you will spend some time with them... Growing old has it's own issues.
Also apologies for not visiting for so long. Have been busy getting cards ready for two bazaars.
